How do I apply a discount code at checkout?
To use a discount code at checkout, simply add the products you want to buy to your cart. When you get to the checkout screen, there will be a dropdown box that says Coupon Code. Type the discount code into the box and press add. Some discount codes cannot be used during sale times or on already discounted items bundles.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
We will dispatch your order from one of our warehouses either domestically or internationally. We have warehouses in Australia, England, China, Japan and the United States.
Depending on which item/s you order and which warehouse is closest to you will depend on where we ship your order from. Based on availability, some items may arrive sooner than others if they are shipped from different places.
Please note there are small delays on International orders due to less planes flying because of Covid-19 lockdowns. We always aim to get your order to you to enjoy as soon as possible.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): We will endeavour to deliver an order within 4-10 business days from order dispatch. Where You have specified a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect point as the delivery address, You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.

Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
We generally pick and pack orders quite fast. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change the specifics of your order if it has been packed and shipped. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise of the changes/cancel as soon as you can.
What payment methods do you accept?
Skinlyft accept all major card holders including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
Can I return products once i've tried them on my face or body?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
